Make sure your film follows OSIF's AI in Filmmaking Policy - www.osif.org/ai

Local Okanagan and surrounding areas projects ONLY - you must reside,  or the production must have taken place, within the  Okanagan/Thompson/Nicola/Kootenay Regions to enter (Kelowna, Vernon,  Penticton, Osoyoos, Salmon Arm, Revelstoke, Kamloops, Merritt, Trail,  Nelson, Cranbrook, etc).  Please inquire if outside or close to  surrounding area.  No refunds will be given to submissions from outside  these areas.

*Projects must contain a majority of local cast/crew, and/or principal shooting must be within the above areas*

Please only submit your project to only one category.  If submitted  to multiple, we will choose the best category to send to judges as we  see fit, and no refund will be given for the other categories entered.   If you are unsure which category you should enter, please submit to the  'Miscellaneous' category.

Films not in English language must have English subtitles.

No premiere requirements, and films may already be available online.

All films must have been completed between 2023 and 2026.

All film selections will be notified, and will be required to provide a HD or 4K .MOV or .MP4 of the film.

Selected films will only be screened once on the event date.

Selected films wishing not to use their 'Official Premiere', can  request to screen as a 'Preview', but will not be eligible for any  awards.

Selected films won't be uploaded or shared online without the  submitter's prior permission unless already released online and public.

Submitter grants us authorization to show elements, still images or  film extracts, of the entered film for promotional purposes if required.

Submitter understands that there will be many submissions, and only a  certain amount of screen time available.  Not all submissions will be picked to screen at the event.

Submitter agrees they have read and understood all the terms and conditions, rules and guidelines before submitting a project.
